The Long
We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the different points of view that create a safe and open environment
for everyone. We created the SDWC Community Guidelines to help you foster and protect your SDWC community. By using Playvel, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service. We’re committed to these guidelines and we hope you are too. Overstepping these boundaries may result in deleted content, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.
Foster meaningful and genuine interactions.
Help us stay spam-free by not posting repetitive or non-constructive comments or content,or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent.
Follow the law.
Playvel is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organized crime,or hate groups. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms and illegal or prescription drugs (even if it’s legal in your region) is also not allowed.Remember to always follow the law when offering to sell or buy other regulated goods.Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries should not be promoted on the Playvel or SDWC site. We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content especially involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others in any of your uploaded files.

- We want to foster a positive, diverse community. If notified we will remove content that contains credible threats or hate speech, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages.
- It’s never OK to encourage violence or attack anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases. When hate speech is being shared to challenge it or to raise awareness, we may allow it. In those instances, we ask that you express your intent clearly. Serious threats of harm to public and personal safety aren’t allowed. This includes specific threats of physical harm as well as threats of theft, vandalism, and other financial harm. We carefully review reports of threats.
- You may find content you don’t like, which may not violate the Community Guidelines. You cannot delete comments on the SDWC discussion string or documents “Work” or “Review Comments” which have been uploaded by other authors or even yourself. We do not as a rule monitor discussions or read the “Work” or “Review Comments” contributed by authors in the SDWC. If you have concerns about comments from Authors or the subject matter of their file postings you can report this to MCP admin. MCP will determine at its sole and absolute discretion whether to remove the content, individual from the SDWC page or Playvel site itself and whether the SDWC which hosts the content should be disabled.
- We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there’s risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
SDWC Principles
The Playvel Story Development Working Circle (SDWC) promotes openness and transparency between authors giving them an space to share their work and comment and collaborate as a community . Certain principles guide Playvel in pursuing these goals through the SDWC functionality. We establish these Community Guidelines to support understanding of the rights and responsibilities of those within the Playvel SDWC Service.
Fundamental Equality
There should be a single set of principles, rights, and responsibilities that should apply to all individuals using the Playvel Service.
Social Value
People should have the freedom to build trust and reputation through their identity and connections on the SDWC page.
Freedom to Share and Connect
People in the Circle should have the freedom to share their work and comments – as long as the person(s)they are sharing with consent.
Ownership and Control of Information
Content you post, your scripts the “Work” for review by the other authors in the Circle belongs always to you. Your “Review Comments” and everything contained within those “Review Comments” along with any “Review Content” you post in the Discussion string or any other communications you may have with authors within the SDWC belongs to the author they are intended, the author of the work which you are discussing.
You transfer all Intellectual Property rights for any ideas or suggestions or questions or comments which originated with you, the “Review Comments” and “Review Content” to the author you intended them for. These rules and controls, however, are not capable of limiting how those who have received information may use it, particularly outside the Playvel Service. Playvel is also not capable of ensuring that the author who transfers ideas (Intellectual Property) from themselves to you actually owns the content he is transferring and has the right to do so.
Free Flow of Information
Authors should have the freedom to access all of the information made available to them by others on the SDWC page.
The author should also have practical tools that make it easy, quick, and efficient to share and access this information.

may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your
continued use of Playvel or the Service after any modification to this Community Guidelines will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
