How I Partnered with the Producers of “The King’s Speech” & What I Learned Along The Way”

Thanks for reading my blog “How I Partnered with Producers of The King’s Speech & What I Learned Along the Way” featured on Stage 32!

Did I partner with the producers of “The King’s Speech” (namely Gareth Unwin of Bedlam productions?)  Yes, I did.

And the producers of “The Tudors”  (Michael Taylor, Peace Arch productions).

Yup!

Was it the most exciting professional experience in my career?

Yes it was!  So far!

It lead me on a journey of self-exploration that caused me to find myself as an artist and to know without a doubt that I had arrived at a place where I was working from the source of my creativity.  That I was becoming whole as a result of the knowledge that I had reached my full potential, at least, in this moment now.

I wanted to let you know that there are additional parts and episodes available below.  They are quick reads, probably should be quicker but nobody is perfect!

It’s about how I found my VOICE as a writer.  Should you care?  I think so.  If these bullets below describes you:

– Unsure when a script is finished?

– In doubt over whether its any good or not?

– Tend to get depressed when people don’t like it?

– Think there is maybe something wrong with the story but are not sure what that is?

– Don’t get a sense of fulfillment and peace at the end of the process?

– Doubt yourself?

– Not sure when good is good enough?

– Wonder what part gut instinct plays in the creative process?

– Suffer from writer’s block?  It means you’re using the wrong instrument.

So if you are wondering what your Voice actually IS and what it can do for you and your work, read on, and thanks again for reading.  Let me know if you have any comments at info@playvel.com
