What is PLAYVEL?
The term is a cross between play and novel.
At Playvel, we recognize that everyone has a story to tell. It might be true, it might be fiction. But whatever that story is, perhaps there is something contained in it that can help someone else meet a difficult challenge or simply connect with something positive and beneficial in life and within themselves. We all need some help to meet the challenges of living these days, and there are all kinds of ways to do that either spiritually or physically, or fictionally – but all of them are human.
Our Mission
Playvel’s mission is to help people connect to others and to the best part of themselves (whatever you define that to be) in a positive way. Your story may be just what someone else needs, at the moment, to help them through the day or through life in general.
How to Engage with Playvel
If you have a story you would like to share write to us at info@playvel.com. Please do not send your manuscript as it will not be read at this stage, just tell us;
a) what kind of a story it is (true or fiction)
b) the format (short story, novel, screenplay, stage play, napkin scribble)
c) a one paragraph description of the piece.
If it supports our mission, we will get back to you with more details regarding the submission. We would love to help you raise the awareness of your work and at the same time provide a little positive reinforcement in this world.
