Leo travels into AVR in a desperate bid to prove its potential to the University’s Board of Governors before they hand the program over to the military. But Draglan is lying in wait for Leo in the virtual world of KRELL. He patches into AVR launching an all-out virtual attack on Leo making him succumb to the phenomenon known as “Identification”. A player in Identification believes the virtual world is real, and maybe it is. Because when a player in Identification dies in the virtual world his body dies in the real world as well.
Desperate to save Leo, Jade has only nine minutes to enter AVR to try and find and revive him before death takes him forever.
